The third Saudi conference for the "Smart Stuttering Community" was held at Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah, where 11 inspiring success stories were presented with the aim of helping over 350,000 stutterers in Saudi Arabia overcome stuttering and enhance their integration into society. Life experiences of individuals who faced speech difficulties were shared, highlighting the challenges they encountered and how they succeeded in overcoming them. Different types of stuttering, their causes, and proper ways to handle them were discussed. Dr. Abdullah Krishan, the General Supervisor of the "Smart Stuttering Community," emphasized that there is a solution to stuttering, noting that over 900 individuals have successfully overcome stuttering in the past three years. He stressed the importance of community support and the role of both official and private entities in backing these efforts. Success stories of those who have overcome stuttering and become pioneers in various fields were showcased, with a focus on the psychological aspects of stuttering and the significance of addressing them appropriately when working with stutterers.
